In a given business profile there are 3 important deliberations for one:
1)Creativity
2)Problem Solving
3)Networking

In this blog let’s get into the depth of it and understand it better…

So what is the difference between creativity and innovation?
Creativity is the mental process/ or better put as the process of mind wherein we try to create something new.

And innovation is the implementation of the creative problem on a platform.
Everyone possesses the art of being creative and it is witnessed in many aspects of life right from the way people collect clothes once dried, or the clothes one decides to wear in a day.

Creativity is owned by everyone some could be short-sighted and some are long-sighted. And one can develop their creative and innovative sense through practice.

As the famous Albert einstein has told if you give an hour to solve a problem I would spend 55 minutes thinking of the problem and then 5 minutes thinking of the solution. One needs to think of different perspectives of a problem to think creatively.

Getting on to the second topic of problem-solving, so there are different types of problem solvers and I would attempt to summarise it here:

1) People who are driven by logic
2)People who are people pleasers
3)People who play devil’s advocate

One way of creative problem solving is by creating a psychological distance between the problem and oneself. Think from a third-person point of view and try to reduce the stress so that the problem can be solved effectively.

Last but not least is Networking, according to the traditional approaches people suggest networking by starting to mingle with as many people as possible.
Would suggest a different approach to it in the following ways:
1)Identify your natural Temperament
2)Don’t let Food and drinks mess with your interaction
3)Don’t monopolize on a single person for interaction
4)Try to volunteer and attempt to act on counter-intuitive strategies
eg: Coming to the event early than late etc.
5)Every meal has a networking strategy but it is okay to have your meal alone.

In the end, I would like to say that introverts gain energy by self-processing stuff whereas extroverts gain most of their energy by interacting with others. Find what’s best for you and work with it.
